I have been trying to cancel the order since there
was so much pressure put on me to purchase other products. Unfortunately I
didn't look to see the reviews on the Jeff Paul program before I made the call
after seeing it on TV.
Not only does Customer service not answer my e-mail's but
I called customer service within moments after placing the order to cancel it. I
got an answer that blew me away. "Call back tomorrow we can't find you in our
system." When tomorrow came first thing in the morning I called and got "Your
order has already been shipped wanted or not" "After it arrives you can send it
back" What a hassle!
These guys are very good at getting as much money from you
as they can. Whatever you do don't key in any numbers from your credit card.
NONE! Or you're screwed.
