The pitch is good. The presentation is great. I was
sold, and I bought. No one told me that buying a Jani King franchise meant
working for Jani King (not for myself.) They start you out with one free account,
but if you want to grow, either you buy accounts from them at six months gross
billings or find the accounts on your own. Accounts you find on your own, are
still subject to the mandatory monthly franchise fee. In the end your earnings
are split two ways 40% for the king, and what left is yours........Keep your
money.........invest in something else.
