However, this e-book is no longer available. Revenge of the Mininet costs $79.95, which is a bit too high for this product. Clicking it Rich is a good book but is not too descriptive. It costs $39.95.

This is in a way affiliate marketing. 

Revenge of the Mininet has many good reviews from satisfied customers. Most of them have found alternative means of income through this e-book. They feel it is too good to be true and really want to try out the methods and means of generating additional income from the Internet. This is an easy-to-understand book and does not need much thinking of different strategies to earn more income.
