Armand Morin Has No Customer Service Response

I am a new solopreneur. I spend my day in a learning curve -- learning new systems, software, etc. I am solely responsible for making my business successful.

With a tight budget, I do my best to seek out products and assistance that will propel me forward. The software I seek is the easy-to-use, intuitive programs that a novice can figure out.

Thus, based on the information contained in the sales letter, I purchased the Sales Generator product from Armand Morin's company. Two of the bonuses were the audio and printed tutorials for the product.

These were not working when sent to me for download. I went through the stated procedure to report the issue. No response. The ticket was actually closed without any response. I wrote another ticket asking for a refund (as stated in the guarantee) or the tutorials to be sent to me (via email).

Again, no response. I wrote a third email asking why I was getting no response and that I simply wanted the tutorials in order to use the product. NO RESPONSE. At this point, I wouldn't purchase a single other product from this company as I believe it is a hoax and a sham.

I will do all I can to make this fact known to all other unsuspecting business owners out there. I do believe if this is the way this company treats its customers, it will not be long before they disappear. Beware of this company.
