Didn't Feel Like Aussie Pet Mobile Cared About Pets

We had both our dog and cat groomed about 6 months ago. It was such a hassle getting an appointment made. There is only an 800 number to call and then they take down all your information and then the local person calls and asks the same questions again. Once you've used Aussie the local person leaves her business card and you can call directly. Lord help you if you lose the card. You have to go through the same difficult process all over again. It's just not personal enough. I couldn't get the same groomer the second time I wanted to schedule.

When they came out the first time I found out they use your water and electricity. They broke the outdoor outlet cover and just left it laying on our porch but didn't tell us about it. I think their services are very expensive. They don't break them down to where you can get just what you want and not the "works" if that is not what you require.

Example: All we wanted for the cat was buzz cut. This was the same as the dog being bathed, nails clipped, ears cleaned and brushed. The people at the 800 number were cold and I felt almost rude. I felt very rushed and like she just didn't care.

The woman who answers the phone locally is the same way. Very short, rushed and not very friendly. The groomer was very nice, but I can't get her every time. No explanation given for this at all. I'm looking for another company to deal with. Aussie is acceptable only if you don't mind not getting personal service right from the beginning, if you don't mind a different groomer at their whim (with no explanation) and if you don't really care what you pay for services.
