I found SMC to be pushy because by the end of my first phone conversation with a representative of the company the cost and the offer had changed. Basically, all deals changed and the cost for the package with tax came to $700. They pushed this deal despite the fact they knew we were struggling to make ends meet. I was injured on the job and thought this would off-set my lack of income. SMC told me one thing and my husband another. They were smooth talkers that kept me on the phone for 4 hours. My husband eventually caved in. We are now stuck with higher bills, less space, and feeling like fools. My suggestion is to never approach this company and find more reliable ways to make money. | | |
