We are currently members of SMC, only because we are still waiting for a refund of damaged merchandise from four months ago! The second we receive this money we are gone, and they could care less. The product is pretty much garbage, and it's next to impossible to sell.
Don't believe any of the propaganda.
The representatives they have saying how wonderful SMC is and how much money they have made are the extremely rare cases. I absolutely loath this company now. Each time we have had to deal with them over this refund they have been unhelpful and rude. It's obvious that the only thing that matters to them is the money, not you. | | |
