I purchased Instant Sales Letters and immediately discovered that it did not include letters relative to my line of business, which is Travel Marketing. Yanik Silver's sales pitch for the letters included direct reference to a client in the travel industry. After a couple of days, during which I examined all his letters carefully and assessed whether they could be adapted to my requirements, I completed an official Refund Request which, after several days remained completely ignored.
I returned to his web site and completed a second request. Again - absolutely nothing. Yanik Silver's claims that he will refund all dissatisfied customers instantly, because all he wants is "Happy Customers", is a totally bogus statement. His customer service actually appears to be built around - ignore them and maybe they will go away. | | |
