SMC works well as an add on line for us but you have to shop them carefully. Some of their products are too expensive, most prices are high side of fair, the alabastrite stuff is to be avoided, but they have lots of things people are looking for.
Avoid their dishonest sales reps who make claims they don't back up. I'm not sure their reps are not outsourced so that could be the problem. However, they have good customer service people for the most part and excellent credit policy on broken items. People complain about SMC but show me another company who will do what they do in the marketplace. You won't find one. | | |
