I have been a loyal Merle Norman customer for about 4 years now. When I began using the base make-up, I received many compliments on how beautiful my make-up looked. The Total Finish Compacts were always soft and creamy and went on smoothly.
When I purchased a compact of Delicate Beige in December at the Hickory N.C. store, the first time I used it I noticed it did not go on as smooth and looked blotchy. The make-up was thicker than usual and gave me a "too heavy" look. I tried using more moisturizer before I put the make-up on but this did not help either. I normally have great skin but I am finding more and more blackheads.
I don't want to change to another brand, I just think I may have gotten a bad batch. The numbers stamped on the back of the compact are: UD4S. I am sending this review in hope that Merle Norman will make this right and keep me a loyal customer.
I am a single mom with no help and I work hard for my money. This make-up is the only "splurge" I do for myself. I have tried the liquid eyeliner. I like the style of brush and the fact it is tear proof. | | |
