I have been a customer for a year and I am building a business with Melaleuca. Unfortunately, the lady above was not shown a PROPER new horizons presentation. When I got the presentation it was clear exactly what I would have to do and I have had NO problems getting anything back from Melaleuca.
I had been charged for a fun card that I forgot to cancel. I called the customer service and they nicely canceled the card and my money was back in my account. Most companies I have dealt with would have said "Sorry you should have canceled it" but they didn't. I have no problems letting people know that I am happy with Melaleuca and I will be with it for a long time. | | |
