When I called SMC to inquire on the free information the rep I spoke to was obviously reading a script and I know this because he kept calling me the wrong name. When I would ask questions regarding their products he did not want to answer and only wanted me to sign up and give a credit card number. Very pushy and unprofessional.
When I told him he was too pushy he replied, "Who called who?" Quite unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager I got the run around big time and then the rep hung up on me!
I called back to speak to a manager and after someone else gave me the run around they finally put a manager on the phone. She basically told me that the behavior I received was unacceptable and hurried me off the phone!
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Look elsewhere for a legitimate business opportunity. I know they are out there. | | |
