I was initially very impressed with SMC, and decided to become a member. One of my customers decided to order $75 worth of pots, but when they arrived, the pots were partially covered with the red paint. She was upset with me, even when I replaced her entire order. She even showed her bad order to her friends, stating that she could've done better, ordering from Family Dollar. I was very embarrassed. Be careful when purchasing SMC products. They are poor quality and will only cause you grief. | | |
