SMC don't know what they're doing. I have first hand experience, and am still a (reluctant 2 month) member! You can't talk to anyone who has decision making powers! Their sales department tells you what you want to hear and collects your money.
Disinformation and/or misinformation as well as buy before you read the (non existing)contract is what they have to offer! I've been with them since 12/04/07 and still can't make a sale, let alone submit my information.
I signed up with them for the $399: free All taken care of website, and now I've spent over $3000 to upgrade to what I really needed, and still don't have what they promised me! I think they are a 60 year old scam!
Their right hand (SMC) doesn't know what their left hand (E-Merchant Club) is doing! I've offered suggestions, only to fall on (no reply) deaf ears.
There's no way I'll be able to recoup my losses. | | |
