My son, who is 13 and has ADHD, tried the Spark drink from Advocare for 10 days. He was more alert at home and school and seemed to behave and listen more than usual. We ran out before we were able to order more. He went through withdrawls, like he was on drugs. He had terrible mood swings, he was yelling for over an hour about nothing, all his responses were yelled out and he was bouncing off the walls for 2 days. I will not put him back on the Spark drink. | | |
