I have been a Pampered Chef consultant for over 3 years. In the past I have tried other direct sales companies and so have first hand knowledge on my judgment. Although the person who signed me on is not my trainer, I have found that the company has been more than helpful with their training CDs, DVDs personal calls from the "big cheeses", monthly newsletter, weekly information emails and more. The support staff at head office is wonderful and I have never had a problem returning any item for my customers and getting the required information for a problem. They are always prompt to return my calls. The products are top quality and like any great tool it costs a little more, but you will only be buying one, unless of course you buy another for a gift. I have earned many free products, jewelry and other great prizes just for doing something I already love to do. | | |
