I have been using the Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate by IntelliBiz for several years, and have done very well with it. The program is simple, effective and the mentoring is by professionals - always there when needed. I have recommended this program to several friends, and even my Dad is now using it.
I realize that no matter how good a product or service is, there will always be someone that just cannot be satisfied. But I am VERY satisfied! There is an optional monthly fee of about $10, and details are posted throughout their site. Since the full program is downloaded (and IntelliBiz cannot remove it from the client's computer), it is understandable that any refund must meet certain reasonable conditions. Still, I wonder why anyone would ever want a refund - the program WORKS! | | |
