I was an 8 year owner of a Merle Norman in a small town and when the Nethercuts passed away, their playboy son took over the company. He wanted a lot of stores to do major changes. I had to summit a new marketing plan in which I decided to offer 10% off to senior citizens one day a week. I was told in an e-mail from Jordon Rosenthaw that Merle Norman was too prestigious of a company to offer discounts to seniors. I think our seniors should take this into consideration. | | |
