There are no doubt lots of razzle dazzle guys out there telling you how to get rich. It's easy, all fun, and the money just rolls in "with our easy cash flow system." Sure! I've hired Thomas Lucier by the hour for real estate advice in Florida when I bought property there.
He doesn't speak in platitudes. He gives the average guy simple to follow guidelines and advice, and his "systems" are essentially Word documents and checklists that you can pay thousands for to the infomercial crowds because they have lots of "Flash Panache" and they just keep selling you the "next course."
Buy Tom's stuff for $25 or so, and a couple of his books. He KNOWS the options business. I recommend him highly - but don't tell him he's a real bargain. I don't want him raising his rates :-)
P.S. Just so you know. I've been buying and selling real estate for 30+ years in 4 states. There are NO get rich quick schemes. Some hits are better than others, but to be consistent, it's hard work, every day, all the time, in any market. Anything less is for amateurs, and look how they're doing right now in the real estate market... | | |
