There are no refunds with Zaken. I had a money back guarantee two times with their offers and received nothing back when requested! They come up with every excuse in the book to NOT refund you, even though it is in black and white, a refund guarantee. They say, well, the customer you had didn't cooperate or some other lame excuse.
I can't believe they think we can not win this. Did they forget about the Attorney General, the BBB, the Consumer Affairs, or disputes with the CC company where you can SHOW the refund guarantee in print. Do not get involved with this company. If you do, you could be paying the consequences. | | |
