After using Snap-On Tools and spending thousands and thousands of dollars throughout my career of forty years as an auto body repairman, I am totally disappointed with the customer support service. I agree with the fellow from CA that unless you owe money, no one shows up to check on satisfaction and service of repairs. I feel that I have been taken advantaged of for all that I spend but do not receive any support of the product when needed. | | |
