Owning a Jani-King franchise is worse than working as a temp. The temp office will offer you a job and tell you the pay. You take it or you refuse it.
With Jani-King, once you sign in there is no refusal and no complaints, or you will loose your investment. After all deductions, you are lucky if you get minimum wages. All their contracts are under bid and lots of promises for the customer that you are going to do for $5 or $6 per hour at night time and week-ends included. With Jani-King you are not your own boss; you are a slave for them. | | |
