I saw the infomercial this morning and thought I'd try it out for only $25. When I called the rep talked me into the whole $265, which included the "free" website, the merchants package, etc. plus the $100 coupon for merchandise.
I have a website that I was looking for some dropship merchandise and I thought this might be it. Wrong! The more I thought about it after I gave them my credit card number, the more I dreaded my very stupid decision. I tried calling them back many times throughout the day, only to get shoved to another number, another person, another department, another blasted recording.
They wouldn't let me cancel because they said they didn't have me in the system. Yeah right! They can take my electronic money, but they can't give it back! They told me I would have to wait until they shipped me the info and then send it back and write a letter to CA to tell them I wanted to cancel.
I'm sure that would take the whole 30 days time and then I wouldn't get ANY refund. I immediately called my credit card company and put a dispute on it and they will not pay it to them. I wish somebody would enter a class action suit against SMC and sue the socks off of them for being so unethical and mean to all these people who have complained on here. The sad part is that it's always people who need the money the worst that lose it all. How unethical can a company be? | | |
