My wife and I bought two properties through the Marshall Reddick network, one in a Memphis, Tn suburb, and another in a Salt Lake, Ut suburb.
After NUMEROUS lousy tenants, even WORSE property managers, and NO help from Reddick, we gave up and sold the Utah Home. There seems to be a negative attitude in Utah toward property owners who are not Mormons and/or live elsewhere.
They (Reddick) TALK all about mentors and free guidance, and on and on, but we barely got any response after WEEKS and WEEKS of emails and waiting. Calling gets you an answering machine and MORE waiting.
We still have our property in Tennessee and are having good luck except for property values. Time will correct that, we hope. | | |
