Bright Builders Preys On Those With Little Knowledge of the Internet

I just read a review for Bright Builders and said that it did not help me. That was because it was too late for me; I have already lost money, probably closer to $4000 because of recurring (monthly) charges.

Bright Builders said that you could customize the web site anyway you wanted and that is a total untruth. You can build it any way you want within their limits. For example, I wanted to have up to 5-6 levels in the store area for products and sub products. This is not possible unless you get the database of products from DOBA (their partner), edit it, and then reload it up to your website. They provided instructions but they were wrong in format and content (way off). I even had to make several calls just to get FTP capabilities to my web site.

Their partner (DOBA) is a huge warehouse and was supposed to be free with Bright Builders. Be careful. If you use the full capability of DOBA such as push to Ebay you have to become a member, which is an additional $40-$45 per month. Also when I did push to Ebay I could not change the prices the way I wanted.

Since I don't know anything about websites it took me a long time to figure this stuff out (well beyond the 90 day guarantee) so there is no way to get a refund. I think it is part of the scam to keep you hitting a wall until you go beyond the limit. I did learn a lot but it was a very expensive lesson.
