For one, Liberty Management don't show up when they say they do. For two, they lie about everything. The told us they would not check a box that says they will not re-rent to us, but this happened anyway. When I asked the resident care manager about it, she just walked away from me.
We got a noise complaint from someone we don't even know for squealing his tires in our parking lot, and when I tried to explain that we didn't even know the person they kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen. They promised us ant traps and we never got them. We had to buy stuff ourselves for it.
Also, the maintenance does not do their job. They were supposed to fix our toilets because they ran all the time. Liberty Management said they did, but they still run all the time. I would say steer clear of these guys. | | |
