I made the unfortunate error of trying to get involved with Herbalife as a distributor. I purchased the distributor kit, and on the same night I purchased it via credit card, I read some revealing reviews and stopped payment on the kit. I promptly returned the kit to the distribution center and filled out all the paper work Herbalife required to take the charge off my card, but have yet to get the charge taken off after 4 weeks.
I tried calling their bogus refund number (310)410-9600 ext 24610 on at least ten occasions, leaving messages, and still have not received a return call from anyone. Please do not get involved with this company. They are very shady! | | |
