If you want to start a cleaning service, all you need is a broom, and go from there...seriously.

Jani-King underbids everyone just to get the accounts, promises them the moon, and then backs them up AGAINST you, the franchisee. Once you sign, they are no longer on your side.

If you want to do better than minimum wage, go somewhere else, don't make the mistake I did. I ran a successful landscape business for 20 years before getting into Jani-King; it was a mistake. Fortunately, I didn't invest much, but it was a miserable experience overall. I hated it, and you will too.
