The information in John Beck's Tax Foreclosure program is not helpful. Repeat content fills the different CDs. The much-hyped Property Vault is worthless. Lists of how many properties by county with the parcel # and owners name still requires a trip to the assessors office to find details. The Enhanced List was not available.
