Jim Rosen Gives People Who Want Their Money Back, the Run-a-Round

I bought Jim Rosen's system in 2002. I received the binders with nothing, just CDs and websites that didn't go anywhere. I did everything and then some. I was contacted saying that only a select few were being interviewed and if chosen I could buy into the business and be provided with my own website, access to coaches, etc.

I ended up loosing over $10,000. They charged my credit cards even splitting it up between 2 cards. I know, I was stupid. I was guaranteed that if I didn't make my money back in 6 months, the coaches would keep working with me until I did. My coach called me twice then disappeared. When I tried to contact him I was given the run around on the phone and finally after threatening a lawyer I got an email from the coach saying he had other things to do and to find someone else to bother, among other things.

I was called by a second coach but he would never gave me any contact info for him. During all of this I was constantly attempting to get a real person on the phone. I called all the 800 numbers and a few other land lines that I found through searches. I spoke with a lady that told me she wasn't supposed to talk to me and basically there was nothing she could do about getting my money back guarantee.

I then got a call from a third party IT person who said that my website had been shut down for over 3 months. I was still being billed for it. He said that all the sites had been shut down and the hits directed to Jim Rosen's site only. When I asked how could they do that, he said that the company had originated them and owned them and that the monthly payment was only to be allowed to use them. He said that his company was contacting all of Jim Rosen's customers to let them know that the websites they were relying on were bogus.

I continued to call the company without success. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, they also could not get in touch with anyone. I was sent a notice that they were unable to do anything because they wouldn't respond to any mail or phone calls. How can you cheat so many people for so long and still be in business not jail?
