I stupidly downloaded a "free" Cody Moya product on one of of his sites and began to get billed for another product that I distinctly did not purchase. This got by me for two billing cycles before I caught it and canceled. I tried to submit a ticket requesting my funds be returned and was answered saying I used a "coupon code" (which I have NEVER used BTW)to purchase the product. When I asked for proof she said she could not show me the page or exactly how I did it and that my case was "closed." What a load of garbage. I asked for the supervisor of the billing company and of course have not been answered since. I don't care if his products work or not but do NOT go near anything put out by this company. If their customer support is this shady, there is no integrity or morality or standards within. I don't know if it will mean anything but I am sending a detailed report to the BBB. | | |
