It is 12:30 AM and I have called SMC two different times, where they gave me a huge runaround. They gave me 5 numbers to call to cancel my membership. I didn't get through to any of them, so I then went on to try to cancel my e-merchant club web site. I called 3 different numbers for that one and finally talked to someone.
I canceled it so they said, but they are still taking money out of my savings account. I was broke to begin with and even more so now with SMC taking the $29.95 web site monthly fees that they said they canceled.
I do not have any money with the fees and overdrafts that I have to pay. I was reading through this review and someone was saying they don't like it when you cancel. That has been true for me as well. So, to people that are even thinking of SMC to make money, get that idea out of your head because if you are low on money and join with them, you will be broke like me. | | |
