Isagenix charge without authorization. When you call, they have perky salespeople who will not refund your money. I requested a Supervisor (Christie) and she referred me to her boss (Trudi). After 2 hours of phone calls, Trudi promised to refund my money. I asked for written confirmation by e-mail. She said I'll send it out immediately. I still did not receive it!
When I called back, I was told she went to lunch! This is a fraudulent company. The only thing you will lose is your money! | | |
