I know Jani-King very well. Just do your homework before you buy a franchise. Ask them questions: how much am I going to make per hour after all fees are taken out; what kind of buildings am I going to clean; am I going to make my money that I am investing back.
Look into the list of older Franchise Owners. How many of them are still active? I guarantee in every Jani-King region more than 70% of people that bought a franchise are not active. Even more out of 30% of Franchise Owners that are still in business more than 80% of them are unhappy with Jani-King.
Jani King can't keep good employees around because they treat them with no respect. You probably are going to see new faces every month at your Regional Office. In their website they are constantly looking for new sales and operation people.
Just ask yourself.. In an economy where everybody is trying to cut the middleman out of business what is Jani-King? Just some thoughts... | | |
