I am giving the following critique from a first hand basis. I read your "critique" and would point out:
1) Elite Activity is not a pyramid, and does not fall under the pyramid statutes. However, it is a multi level marketing plan.
2) EA is not a "Business Opportunity." It is a gifting scheme.
3) EA DOES NOT "advertise itself as a get rich quick" plan, although you could definitely see some people thinking this. | | |
