Terry Neal is a very intelligent man that studied the IRS rules and regulations and searched relentlessly for legal ways to protect his client's assets. Unfortunately, the IRS was offended. They came after Terry with a vengeance and they prevailed.

Terry Neal remains in prison but spends all of his time teaching inmates and helping them attain their GEDs. He advocates the benefits of being positive and controlling your destiny with your attitude. I don't know everything about all of his business dealings but I visit him at least once a month in prison and I know enough to know that he is a good man, a positive man, a respected man.

He's lost his wife, his career, his reputation, all of his assets. He's in prison for 5 years and he continues to be one of the most positive and consistently grateful people that I have ever met.
