The Learn Photoshop in Just 2 Hours customer service was terrible. We could not get the online order system to work. When we put in our credit card number the site said it could not process it. So we tried to get support to order the package over the phone. No one supported us. We tried multiple times even faxing. I can now see the error of my ways! If they could not help us before we became a customer how would they treat us afterward? Not very well is my guess. I was impressed with the email information that I received about the instructional product but now I have to believe that it is simply good marketing, nothing more. | | |
