I too have lost money on my Marshall Reddick properties. Reddick uses other dubious investment groups and real estate investors, like Adam Sachs and Green Light Real Estate. When told they are working with agents and groups that have lost others money, Reddick's organization does not care. It is all about commissions and commission splits.

New and veteran investors beware. Especially today, Marshall and companies he works with can blame the market if you loose money. They will take no responsibility for bad deals and so they purposely choose bad deals knowing they can blame it on the market. I will not invest with the Network again and I am warning other investors.
