I made only one purchase through Marshall Reddick's network and never again will I ever deal with him. I take responsibility for being naive and believing his network was looking out for our best interest, but unfortunately it has cost me thousands of dollars down the drain and all that I had left for real estate investing purposes.
I learned the hard way that you should NEVER buy a property based on estimated appreciation, but Reddick's network was pushing his "Millionaire in the Making" club to buy properties that he felt would appreciate tremendously in order to become a millionaire quickly.
It's sad that newbie investors believe Mr. Reddick and trust him with their life savings only to lose it all to overpriced homes with bad management. I use a CPA that once belonged in his network and no longer endorses him because many of her clients lost a lot of money from him. Please, for your own sake, do not buy anything from this man. | | |
