I was with the Marshall Reddick Network only for a short time, but I have invested for over 10 years. I was troubled to see that Marshall partners with some very unreputable brokers, developers and investment groups.

I noticed he works with developers who don't follow through on their projects and many people have lost their money with these developers. He also works with some bad investment groups, like Green Light out of Arizona. I know several people who lost money with that investment group. So you need to be very careful.

I only invested in one project with the Network, and it has performed poorly. I am glad I didn't buy any more properties.
