I thought that the John Cummuta program would be good for the people who really need help, not the people who make upwards of $100,000 a year and cry poverty. How can a person who works a full time regular job and 2 part time jobs and still only makes $35,000 per year afford to make a double mortgage payment. My mortgage payment is $1166 per month not including property taxes, utilities, the price of gas and food and basic insurance and what do you have left?
Yes I know, I have to sell my home, but I struggled to keep it after a divorce to keep some stability for my younger children seeing their life was changing everywhere else. We basically lived on credit cards for food clothing and car repairs.
This book did not give me any information as a normal "middle class" employed person. I wish I could talk to him face to face to see how he would convert my income to just covering my bills, not paying them down That would help a lot. I don't need to be a millionaire. I didn't buy the series, borrowed it from a much richer friend. | | |
