In general, becoming financially responsible is good advice, but too often specific advice is lacking.
First, I am fairly knowledgeable regarding automobiles, and his advice to "just buy a garage sale beater" will more often than not cost more than buying new. Several hours daily would need to be dedicated to answering questions regarding the purchase of specific cars.
Second, Mr Ramsey's berating the proposal to drop the tax cut for the wealthy is quite telling. Is he totally ignorant of the tax inequity of FICA, or is he aware of it and just ignores that 15% paid by those who 'work' for a living while pushing the Neo-Conservative Republican Party line? | | |
