Review...

While I strongly tend to agree with the last two balanced critiques, it should be pointed out that DX looks, by all reasonable accounts, to be dead in the water. It appears to have been a good idea that was very poorly executed...the program's downfall being a problem of bad management, NOT "system cheats".

The above quote, taken (July/June 08 local paper) from the system owner/originator, should be indicative what I consider to be inadequate husbandry.
