I am so happy to finally have an opportunity to tell what Carleton Sheets did to me. Years ago, in the early 80s, I paid around $300 for his course on real estate. There was a 100% - no questions asked - money back guarantee. When I received the information it was useless and no more than what I already knew or could obtain easily from the library.

I immediately returned his material per instructions and applied for the promised refund. After several weeks I received a letter in which I was told the company had gone bankrupt and would pay me $10 per month. There was a check for $10 with the letter and I never received another. BANKRUPT!? He has remained in business ever since. Steer clear of Carlton Sheets.
