I have been reading reviews of Dan Franklin on the internet and just had to laugh. About 10 years ago I attended one of his seminars in Houston, TX. There must have been 500 people there. He gave away 2 trips and I happened to be one of the people who had his name drawn out from 500 there.

I have never won anything but was told as I walked up on stage in front of everyone that I would be going on an all expense paid trip to Cancun. Ha!! When I got home and called the number to get the details, the guy treated me like dirt and told me he would call me back. Needless to say, that never happened.

Not only will he not call you for help on homes, he will not deliver on anything promised to you. A TOTAL CHEAT and POOR HUMAN BEING. I look back now and laugh. Stay away from this guy. That's my advice.
