Review...

His course is good, some of it anyways. But I am frustrated by not being able to reach anybody at their office. And calls not being returned is infuriating. They say at the seminars, they will provide mentoring. But when it comes time to collect on that promise, human resources/support is scarce.

Materials good, but support is severely lacking! I could have done better to not spend the BIG BUCKS and go to Chapters Book store under REAL ESTATE! And spend only a fraction. Or amazon or any good online or offline book store. Some even have CD's and Video tapes/DVDs with bundled with them for way less than these so called Gurus.

I find alot of the materials from these GURUS not so relevant to my CANADIAN MARKET too! Maybe we need some honest Canadian based Gurus who can teach CANADIAN CONTENTS that is worth something.
