I had mishaps with 2 products from Pampered Chef and both were replaced free of charge and personally delivered to me by my Pampered Chef Representative. One was a garlic press that broke when I applied too much pressure to extract every drop of juice from the clove, and the other was the large rectangular pan that was sat on top of a burner by a younger member of our household. If anybody has problems with replacing their products, they may want to look for another representative who really does want to retain them as customers. I suggest Pampered Chef. | | |
