They come up with every excuse in the book to NOT refund you, even though it is in black and white, a refund guarantee. Did they forget about the Attorney General, the BBB, the Consumer Affairs, or disputes with the CC company where you can SHOW the refund guarantee in print. Do not get involved with this company.
