The &quot;customer service&quot; is unhelpful. They not only will not reverse charges immediately, they also want me to pay for them to ship the product to me, and then pay for it to be returned. <br /> <br /> When I caught this scam they had not shipped anything, but I was informed they would ship it anyway, as they can not stop it.
