In spite of many examples dating back to President Kennedy where tax cuts did indeed stimulate the economy and resulted in higher federal tax revenues through growth of the economy, Brinker just used the "appeal to ridicule" logical fallacy to ask the listener whether a zero percent federal tax rate would maximize federal tax revenues. <br /> <br /> Of course this ridiculous situation would never happen, and the demonstrated effect of tax rate reductions on increasing federal revenues through growth of the economy was essentially dismissed by a very ignorant Bob Brinker. He apparently does not understand basic economics.
